With Flair will:

Meet with
you initially to discover the wedding
you have always dreamed about. We want
to hear your vision and share your
passion for your perfect day.

Be
constantly available to answer any
questions, field any potential wrinkles,
and help out in any way needed.

Establish
a monthly calendar and timeline for the
bride, the groom, and both of you as a
couple.

Help
develop and maintain a well thought out
budget.

Provide a
list of recommended vendors, receive
bids from vendors, schedule vendor
appointments, meet with vendors with
you, and negotiate vendor contracts.

Assist
with the entire invitation process
(ordering, addressing, mailing,
receiving RSVP’s, etc.

Arrange
travel and hotels etc for all
out-of-town guests.

Complete
scripting and coordination of all
aspects of the wedding ceremony and
reception

On hand
at the rehearsal to guide the process

Assist
with the rehearsal dinner festivities
and post wedding brunches,

times, etc.

Help
coordinate and attend your rehearsal

on-site during set-up and for deliveries
to ensure timeliness and accuracy

with any decorating and last minute
placement details

Attend
your ceremony and reception from set-up
to clean-up

bridal “emergency kit” with special
