Amy Hyman and Laurie Hummel are sisters who have been planning events for seven years. They have both been involved in youth focused church ministries planning large scale events for children, teens and adults alike. They have planned events such as Vacation Bible Schools involving more than 150 children and 100 adults, and feeding more than 300 people. They have also planned community events such as a Halloween Fall Festival featuring carnival games, rides, and food which involved more than 800 people.

After more than seven years of experience, Amy and Laurie decided to pursue their passion professionally with the launch of An Affair With Flair. "We love starting with someone else's dream for an event and seeing it evolve into an experience which exceeds all expectations," says Amy. "It is our desire to partner with clients to help bring their dream event into reality. We want every event to reflect our client's unique personality while relieving the stress which often accompanies the necessary planning involved."
